AE FISHING EXPEDITION – Day Two

On day two we drove through Fort Collins and turned west, driving through mountain highway 14 and fishing for brown trout along the Poudre (Pooter) River. The water was slightly murky and running hard but wasn't near as cold as it would be in Montana. We stopped at the Mishawaka Amphitheatre on one of the few nights they weren't having live bands that range from Gov't Mule to De la Soul and enjoyed some great fish and beers. That evening we camped alongside the Poudre and left in the morning after a few casts to head northwest through the Grand Tetons and Yellowstone and to basecamp in the Absoroka-Beartooth Wilderness. Hopefully.
